Tracking my order?
In order to track your order, simply click your order link within the shipping confirmation email you received. If there isn't any, please email us at support@moon-lamps.co.uk and we will send you your number.

Wrong Address
Moon Lamps UK cannot accept responsibility for wrong shipping information entered during customer checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order. We want to make sure that you get your package safe and sound to your front door.
We are NOT responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at support@moon-lamps.co.uk as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: We understand that "typos" do happen from time to time (especially if you are shopping with a mobile phone). In the event that a customer enters the wrong shipping information and a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item/order re-shipped to the new/correct shipping address.
Where's my package?
If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery times listed above send an email to support@moon-lamps.co.uk with your order # and ask for a tracking number. We will get back to you with the tracking number asap (usually within 24 hours).

Lost/Stolen Packages
Moon Lamp UK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, then you will need to take this up with the respective courier.
