How To Use
- Activate or deactivate the moon lamp's illumination and switch between white and yellow hues by gently touching the metal ring at its base.
- To adjust brightness, engage in a long press of the metal ring, which also features a convenient brightness memory function.
- Note that if your hands are excessively dry or the ambient temperature is too low, the lamp's responsiveness may be affected.
- In low-power situations, the white light functionality will be unavailable.
- Facilitate charging by inserting the DC connector into the metal ring at the base of the moon lamp; a constant red light indicates the ongoing charging process.
- The red charging indicator will automatically turn off upon reaching a full charge.
Important Notice
- During the charging process, the sphere transitions from red to a fully charged state, after which the indicator light extinguishes.
- Due to the necessary circuit installation, the sphere's edge may exhibit seams, as illustrated.
- The 3D printing formation principle results in a contour line phenomenon on the object's surface.
- This product lacks waterproof capabilities and is not resistant to strong acids or alkalis.
- Avoid strong impacts or falls from elevated surfaces, as this product is not designed to withstand such forces.

Wrong Address
Moon Lamps UK cannot accept responsibility for wrong shipping information entered during customer checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order. We want to make sure that you get your package safe and sound to your front door.
We are NOT responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at support@moon-lamps.co.uk as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: We understand that "typos" do happen from time to time (especially if you are shopping with a mobile phone). In the event that a customer enters the wrong shipping information and a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item/order re-shipped to the new/correct shipping address.
Where's my package?
If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery times listed above send an email to support@moon-lamps.co.uk with your order # and ask for a tracking number. We will get back to you with the tracking number asap (usually within 24 hours).

Lost/Stolen Packages
Moon Lamp UK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, then you will need to take this up with the respective courier.
